Anisa Dëma has appeared in television series including Madam Secretary and Redrum, short films such as The Hospitality and One Eye Shut, numerous theater productions on stages big and small, as well as various commercial projects. As both a Queens resident and a proud mom, Anisa brings an authentic, personal connection to the Sunnyside community and Fairy Tale’s themes.

Margaret - Feisty, clever and grieving, Margaret’is desperate to believe in magic, and relentless in her pursuit.

Onie Watlington, an NYC native, started acting professionally at age 5, acting opposite Anne Hathaway and Jared Leto in the Apple TV miniseries, WeCrashed. Since, she has appeared in many other tv shows, films, commercials, and more. Onie had an incredible experience shooting Fairy Tale and can't wait for everyone to see it!

Club Manager - A decent sort, Sam's boss at the strip club tries to keep an even keel amidst the drama.

Delaney Williams is a father, a citizen, and an actor. His film and television work includes all five seasons of HBO's The Wire as Jay Landsman, and ten seasons as John Buchanan on NBC's Law & Order: SVU.

Dad - Raising Margaret alone was never the plan, but he's doing his best to maintain normalcy, for them both.

Patrick Zeller recurred as Joey Novak on General Hospital, and Derek Scully in the Wolfiverse's Law & Order :SVU and Law & Order: Organized Crime. Other indie film credits include Say Yes, Baby Steps, Founder's Day and Virgin Alexander. He co-wrote and stars in Packed, an award-winning comedy about stay-at-home dads.

Ann Heatherington makes her directorial debut with Fairy Tale. A devoted New Yorker, Ann’s fascinated by the tiny braveries and tragic moments that change someone’s whole trajectory. Her work often explores regular people hanging in the balance, struggling to find their footing, redemption not guaranteed. A poet at the root, Ann loves an absurd situation, an authentic reaction, and laughter as common ground.

Noelle P. Wilson is an award-winning writer, actor, director and producer born and based in New York City. Enthusiastic about characters who value the chosen family and refuse to be labeled by society's unrealistic standards, Noelle is most often drawn to stories that feature the female struggle around sex, God, grief and ghosts. Noelle has co-produced nearly a dozen short film projects in the last decade, and is particularly thrilled to see Fairy Tale take flight!

EDITOR

Edith Belmont is a Colombian-American film and video editor. Her narrative work includes feature-length comedy Lady Parts, and short films such as Live Long and Mary of Astoria. She believes her diverse life experiences give her the ability to walk in each character’s shoes, build the best performances, and tell a compelling narrative. 

COLOR

Keith Jenson is a colorist and post-production artist with extensive experience across color grading, finishing, and visual effects. In 2025, he co-founded the NY-based finishing company Brainwomb with Bonnie Gross. They bring 30+ years of combined experience at all levels of pre production to post production to their support of clients through the finishing process.

MUSIC

Kathryn Musilek and Andrew Gerhan are passionate composers known for their narrative-driven scores, exciting texture, and rhythm. The pair owns the Brooklyn-based Buzz Number Studio where they collaborate on film scoring and commercial projects. They are also members of feminist art-rock band, Nevada Nevada.

SOUND DESIGN

Neil Benezra is a New York sound designer, rerecording mixer, and composer for film, museum, gallery, and theater. The award-winning work of his NYC studio, Brooklyn Sound & Image, has been internationally released at major film festivals including Venice, Cannes, Tribeca, and Sundance.
